Great! You are ready to schedule a class. All you have to do is use the Book Now Button on the website or use the MINDBODY App. We accept reservations 2 weeks out. We try to keep the schedule consistent, but if something comes up you will be notified by email.

You tried to sign up but the class is full. No problem! Put your name on the waitlist and we will notify you as soon as there is an opening. Be sure to check your email! Or, take your chances and drop-in. If someone cancels last minute a bike may open up for you.

  • Be sure to cancel 8 hours PRIOR to your scheduled class time. Once your class is cancelled, the class credit will be returned to your account to be used later.

Class Descriptions

  • House Ryde- Our House Ryde is for everyone from beginners to experienced ryders, and offers 45 minutes of fun energy that can include leans, jumps, sprints, hills; All tricks are optional and a good workout can be obtained by closing your eyes and just putting in your best effort in the saddle; No matter what- you are guaranteed a pure sweat, enthusiastic instructor, and some heart pounding tunes. Instructor will often offer an ab portion after class, which is optional.

  • Ryde and Roll- Ryde and Roll is a 45-minute burn that can feature turns, climbs, sprints and other fun! It is always up to you to determine what you want to conquer, and a hard push in the saddle is effective too. Either way, your Ryde will be filled with encouragement, sweet beats, and a fun group. This class is followed by {optional} abs and core work off the bike for 15 minutes; If you have a hot date, you can skip off into the sunset after your Ryde.

  • PureJOY Cycle Hybrid- This class is one of a kind and very popular!  Offering the efficiency of 2 workouts in one, the participant gets a 30-minute cardio burn on the leaning RealRyder cycle bikes that may use intervals, jumps, turns or hills to elevate heart rate.  This is followed by a 30-minute fitness segment in the fitness room.  The fitness portion can be anything from kickboxing, sculpt with weights, Pilates with bands, or core/bodyweight training.  This is finished with a deep muscle stretch and cool down.  THIS is the class to do if you have limited time in a week to workout.  All levels welcome; please let the instructor know if you are new to cycling or working out.

  • **All participants must reserve a bike online ahead of time.  Cancelation Policy in effect for all classes.

    How can I prepare for a JoyRyde Cycle class?

      • Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Drink up before you get here and throughout the ryde. Bring your own bottle and fill it at our water cooler or we have bottles for sale too. Grab something light to eat at least 30 minutes prior to your ryde.
      • Gear up! Any comfortable workout attire is acceptable. For your first few rides you may want to try padded shorts until you are used to the seat. Cycle shoes are great and they definitely enhance your ryde. Our bikes use SPD clips or you can wear regular tennis shoes. We provide towels or you can bring your own.
      • Be safe! Cycling can be an intense workout whether you are taking our Beginner Try the Ryde class or going for a full out ryde. It is always a good idea to check with your Doctor before starting any exercise routine.

    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get set-up on your bike.
    • If this is your first visit, please be sure to fill out a waiver at the desk and let the instructor know this is your first ryde. They will help set you up on your bike.
    • Always check in on the iPad at the desk before heading to your bike.
    • Feel free to hang your belongings on the rack or grab a cubby space.
    • Towels and water are available.
    • If you aren’t here 5 minutes before class begins, you may lose your bike.
    • Make sure your bike is the perfect fit for You. We are here to help so just ask.
